Something quirky, but it's how I am: I was at my kitchen window when your crew arrived. One was blowing the debris away and I said to myself, "You're a keeper if you blow the debris from the tops of our cars. And just when I thought he was leaving the area, he looked up and blew the cars clean." To me that's doing a thorough job. |

| August 16, 2002 Dear David, This is something that should have been done a long time ago. Unfortunately, it is easier to write a letter of complaint than one telling someone how good they are. David, our association goes back several years and we cannot forget our first meeting and the impression you made on us. You were a very young man but so knowledgeable and capable, regarding your trade. After talking to you, we had no doubt that you would do a good job for us. You have proved us correct. After seven years, hard to believe, we cannot complain about anything. You not only proved your knowledge and capability, but you are a hard worker and reliable person.
